Tampa airport economy parking lot Guest is responsible for parking No worries or need to do anything we use “sun pass” so you can enter and exit the parking garage without pulling a ticket or pulling your wallet out. Please enter and exit through the Sunpass lane only, do not pull a ticket.

Easy rental process with great easy to understand pickup and drop off instructions. Nice clean car. Perfect vacation rental. I'll rent from them again.

Bad experience with this host About 1 minute after exiting the parking garage, the tire pressure light came on. Looking back, we should have immediately drove back to the garage and cancelled the trip. Instead, we called the host and agreed to stop at a gas station to check the tire pressure and we added air. On our way home, the tire pressure light came on again. We called the host and he immediately implied we drove over a nail. When I corrected his and firmly stated the light immediately came on after leaving the garage, he said I was totally out of line. He said he's with his kids and he does not need to deal with this. He hung up saying "now you can deal with roadside assistance instead". I called Turo to understand our options and they assured me it would be possible to have the car towed. We were 100 miles from the airport and I was not sure we had enough time to get a tire fixed before our flight. However, the host initially refused to give a return address to Turo, while sending unhelpful texts to us. This caused the situation to drag on for many more hours. This was a terrible experience. I would have expected the host to acknowledge the problem surfaced within minutes of leaving the garage (instead of accusing us) and to have helped solve the problem.

Sean we are so sorry you had a bad experience. You called and said you had a flat tire almost an hour after you took the car. I simply asked “oh no maybe you picked up a nail because certainly the car has brand new treat and no tire pressure light when you took the car. You immediately became aggressive and started cursing at me after I was trying to help so I then advised you your best option was to call turo roadside. I had my kids in the car and you started cursing and yelling at me.

Car was great. Quick responses to questions. Pickup and drop off ran smoothly. I only want to point out that if you’re picking up or dropping off at Tampa airport, allow for an extra 30 min. to get from the parking lot to the main terminal. It’s parked in the very back of the lot, top floor. I rode two trams. Keep in mind the time of pickup and drop off. I was in the dark parking lot by myself-alone, at 5am. I would maybe Uber and pickup/drop off at a more convenient location, next time.

Renting from Turo was awesome! Everything went smoothly from checkin to checkout. Car was very reliable. Will definitely be renting from them again in November.
