Car is equipped with toll pass, transponder ID: 0458150910100 -Please return the vehicle freshly Clean and VACUUMED for the next renter. -Please return the vehicle with the gas at the same level that you received it. Important notes: 1. All secondary drivers must be Turo registered and approved. 2. Absolutely no tobacco products are allowed to be used in the car, you might be charged according Turo's Cleaning and no smoking policies 3. Absolutely no pets are allowed in the car, (Service animals welcomed) 4. Please drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws (You will be responsible for any fines/citations if it occurs). If you drive through any tolls, you will be responsible for all toll charges. 5. Insurance is your responsibility, please double check with any insurance provider you might have and/or consider the insurance offered by Turo. 6. Careful eating only. 7. A VALID drivers license MUST be presented and in the name of the Turo account holder. 8.Communication is important. Extend your trip with approval through the app, if availability exists. Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all FLORIDA toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
