My goal is to give you the best rental experience you could have ever asked for. In this regard, please take note of these important policies and guidelines: 1) Please return the vehicle smelling as pleasant and as clean inside and out as you received it. If the vehicle is left trashed and with a bad smell whether from smoking, vaping, drugs, food, etc, Turo will charge up to $250 for a cleaning fee. 2) Use PREMIUM gas only and return the vehicle full tank topped off as you received it. Any gas not returned full tank topped off, Turo will charge for the difference plus and additional reimbursement fee. 3) Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no drugs please. $50 smoking fee will be charged for any smoke/weed odors. $150 charge for evidence of smoking OR pet hair. Please refer to Turo's fee schedule: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines 4) No Racing, reckless driving, running donuts, peeling out, or any usual abusive acceleration under any circumstances, It's illegal, it damages the engine, and it's dangerous. There's a built in GPS and Telematics device that monitors location, average speed and unusual accelerations, braking, max speed. DO NOT tamper with this device. Any activity deemed wreckless driving will be reported to Turo immediately which may result in early trip termination, fines and/or permanent suspension of your Turo account. 6) Please be careful when parking close to a curb and be careful going over bumps, dips, and driveways as the car is very low and the front bumper will dent, scratch and scrape easily if hit. Any noticeable scrapes and scratches will incur a repair fee. It's advisable to back into ALL parking spots to avoid a situation where a hungry parking block may be enticed to eat the front bumper. 7) DO NOT LEAVE THE SUNROOF OPEN WHEN THE VEHICLE IS UNATTENDED. It takes 5 seconds to close the sunroof. Florida is known for sporadic rain showers that move through quickly and without warning. You will be responsible if there are any signs of water damage or smells inside the vehicle. **UPLOAD PHOTOS OF ALL GAS RECEIPTS**
