Lozana and her hubby were very nice. We arrived in Tampa a little early than our scheduled booking yet they were able to accomodate us. The car was very clean inside & out. Will definitely book it again when we come back to Tampa.

I really went back and forth with this... the car was dirty. While they apologized for it being dirty because it and said that they had washed it and it was under a tree, the inside was just as dirty, if not worse. The tire pressure light was on my entire trip. I had to take time out to get the car washed, how bad it was, and the only reason I didn’t do the inside was because the amount of personal effects that were inside made it very uncomfortable and it’s clear that the vehicle had not been touched in a while. Gas was below half a tank, the console on the back was broken so I didn’t have space to fit my family in the back. Nice car however but very much not taken care of.
