First off about the car. It has a lot of broken parts. Part of the top is gone. Pieces of the A/C vent are missing. The USB port works sometimes. I thought it was my cord bought a new one an still didn’t work always, which sucked cause I used navigation a bunch not being from Florida. Car was missing and idling rough. The supposed great gas mileage was inaccurate. We spent more on gas than we did with the V8 we rented in Az. and gas was higher there. Lastly, and this is the biggest one. Left business receipts and my Oakley sunglasses in the console. Asked to have them mailed back, at my expense. Was given excuses for a week. Then last message I sent asking about it was read but not responded to. Which tells me they threw everything away and kept the glasses. Would not rent from again.

Guest booked until the 15th, 8am. Than tried to antecipate check out stating his son had a change in his game situation, and had to anticipate check out. We didn't approve the change (loss of income) but authorized to return earlier, if needed.
Guest changed the speech, and stated his father had a serious illness, so he could again try to anticipate and pay less. Irony, right?
Trying to pay less, and complained when we didn't find any receipts he left in the car, blaming us for his fault

I have rented from them in the past & it was just as good as it was this time. No problem with the car at all & a great easy experience. My only recommendation would be to please put some tint on the cars. I loved the car but I don’t think the AC could keep up with the Florida sun especially with Blk leather interior. I would definitely recommend others to rent from them in the future.

Beautiful fun car to drive! Pickup and drop off was super easy. We got the beach add on… umbrella was great! Would have preferred beach chairs but we just used the ones from the house we rented. The cooler has to lay on it side in trunk so you have to put it in back seat when it is full. Gas was close to full at pick up and we refilled at BP right next to drop off location upon return. Overall we had fun with the car and our biggest issue was the cooler so I’d say it’s a win!
