Disappointed! First, we asked for a scent / fragrance free vehicle due to my wife's allergies by messaging Phresh upon booking this Mustang (2nd time we booked it for our Florida vacations). Even though we received a reply, "got it" both times, there was a fragrant air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror + a liquid chemical air freshener attached to the AC dashboard air vent. We gave Phresh "the benefit of the doubt" the first year because everyone makes mistakes, so we messaged Phresh a reminder a week before this year's start of our trip with our request. Second, we were given ZERO instructions on how to locate the vehicle at St. Pete/ Clearwater Airport. We had to actually call Phresh Corp (which he/she didn't answer). So, then we messaged through the TURO app and asked for instructions to which there was a fairly quick reply: "Take a picture of yourself with the car," to which I had to ask "where is the car parked?" Phresh's answer was "long-term parking." Seriously... are you kidding me! It's 100 degrees outside, and we are pulling suitcases, and the answer "long-term parking" and a vague picture in the app is the clue for finding the Mustang. Upon messaging again, we finally got more specific location info "D 2." It was like pulling teeth just to find your car rental after a 3 hour flight. Thanks a lot... we will not rent Phresh's sweet ride for a third time!

Wanted to know what it was like to drive a Mustang and this was a good opportunity. Car could use some TLC but was fine getting me to work and home all week as I needed.

Enjoyed our trip and the car. Phresh was responsive. Feedback-For future trips I would recommend one more detail about the garage parking car placement (color of parking ramp) to avoid delay and wondering. Good instructions on how to unlock car. Car has a few noises that may need attention. This was communicated and Phresh is aware. It is governed at 80 mph and the alarm goes off at about 75 mph. Overall good trip.
