This 2016 Ford Focus is more than just a car, it's your best travel buddy with everything you need. Inside, there's all the cool stuff you'd normally find in new cars: Bluetooth that lets you make calls without touching your phone, a camera to help with backing up and windows that go up and down automatically. Plus, the air conditioning is very powerful, so you'll always be comfortable whether it's hot or cold outside. And guess what, this car does not consume a lot of gasoline, so you will save money when filling up. When you open the door, you will see a large amount of space designed to make your life easier. If you need more space, the rear seats fold down easily. So whether you're traveling for fun or just for stuff, this vehicle is ready to come to the rescue. Additionally, the car is equipped with a tracking device. The vehicle is equipped with a toll pass, specifically the SunPass, conveniently positioned at the center of the windshield. How Do I Add an Additional Driver?
Please contact Turo Customer Support as we do not provide Technical Support.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect for you to go out and cleaned the car before return, but we do appreciate the car to be tidy upon return.
Where is The Pick-Up Location?
The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip details page with your reservation details
Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time but if you need to pick it up after that is perfectly fine. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the “Modify Trip Details” section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip that is also flexible, pending that the vehicle is available.
What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
How Does Communication Work?
Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 per day by myself , while my personal cell phone is not - by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
What if I Need Extra Mileage?
We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount we do encourage you to purchase that extra. Otherwise, we do charge per mile over the allotted mileage, this charge varies depending on the car but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.

From the initial pickup everything was great.Smooth pickup easy to find the car and i like the lockbox idea. I was able to extend my trip numerous of times which was very helpful. The host is very friendly and calm.However the vehicle it self needed maintenance such as an oil change i had it for 2 weeks and the transmission gave out on me.

I recently rented a car through Turo for 6 days and had an outstanding experience. The cost to fill up the tank was only about $30, which was quite economical. The host was exceptionally lenient with both the pickup and drop-off times, making the process incredibly smooth. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire rental period.
I had to modify my trip twice to extend it for an additional 3 days, and each time the host accepted my request instantly. They also checked in every day to ensure everything was going well. This level of service and flexibility truly enhanced my rental experience.
