- Due to allergies we are unable to accept any reservation that will involve pets. - No smoking in any of our cars at any time. Strictly enforced, there will be 250$ penalty in case this rule is not upheld. - Use Toll Device for your convenience, we will pass on the tolls when we are billed. No fees to use the toll device. - No Off-Roading - Arrive On Time - Refuel The Vehicle - Please Return Car Tidy Washed & Vacuumed inside and out to avoid cleaning fee. - The car is equipped with fire extinguisher which is located under the driver seat and first aid kit. - We will leave a review based on how you treat our car so please be respectful to it. 👤Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.   • How do i get my extras (beach towel, umbrella, speaker) after i have booked your car?

    Once the car is booked we will be notified regarding extras you have chosen and they will be in the car at the time of your arrival unless you guide us differently.

  • How do i pickup the car from the airport

    We drop off the car at the terminal and pick it up same place when we get the car back. Sometimes we change the delivery method depending on changes in the flight, you will be notified timely.

  • Can i extend my trip?

    Yes, if the dates are available you are welcome to do so. If not, please contact us, we may have other cars available for you.

Car had mechanical issues. Transmission was no good. They quickly dropped me off a Prius and tried their best to not inconvenience me. Would give 5 stars- but car should never had been dropped to me. Had issue from parking lot..

Car was not what I expected. Cosmetically it was rough and mechanically the car has issues but the car worked and got me from point A to point B. To me that car should be cheaper to rent. This was my first trip so I had to figure things out and unfortunately my plans weren’t timed properly (my fault) and I was running a few minutes behind. When I couldn’t extend the trip I communicated my tardiness to the owner and he warned me of fines rather than being understanding of the 4 minutes I was late. Overall I just feel it was unfair that the pictures of the car in the app are not an accurate portrayal of the car I actually got.

Hello Andrew, thank you for booking one of our cars. We do understand when our guests are late as it happens every day, our job is to communicate fees that will be imposed (not by us) but by Turo so you are not surprised by it. Reservation matches the insurance so driving outside of reserved time has other risks to it. Extending the car was not able because Turo has restricted your account. Please contact them and ask for the reason why they wont let you book anymore.

Car was not what I expected. Cosmetically it was rough and mechanically the car has issues but the car worked and got me from point A to point B. To me that car should be cheaper to rent. This was my first trip so I had to figure things out and unfortunately my plans weren’t timed properly (my fault) and I was running a few minutes behind. When I couldn’t extend the trip I communicated my tardiness to the owner and he warned me of fines rather than being understanding of the 4 minutes I was late.
