Morgan is wonderful! So helpful with suggestions on places to visit and eat! I had never driven a BMW before so the gear shifter was a learning curve for me but the car was great and drove well. Really close to the airport so it was a 10 minute Uber to TPA from her house. I would definitely book with her again.

Great customer service, had few issues with the car but she was available in an instant with little to no questions asked. Customer service > car rental in this industry.

Good trip, key fob needed battery replaced before trip started. I had to manually lock and unlock the car each time. Car was decent interior and exterior. Good experience.
