Description

The Volt is a really fun ride, for a really great price. You can charge the battery and get about 30 miles free to the charge, with a gas powered generator you can fill the small gas tank to get an extra 215+ miles. It's sporty and agile, great for the Washington commute, or a road-trip. The seats are comfortable, please keep in mind the back seats don't have a lot of leg room. I can get my 6'4" husband in the back, only if the person sitting in front of him is on the shorter side. The back seats are easy to put down, so if you want to take this car camping, you can fit your gear in the back. Questions? Reach out, I'll respond quickly.

Faqs

  • How does the heater work?

If you're using the heat, make sure you change the climate setting to "comfort". If not, the car will work in savings mode and the air flow won't get very warm. There are also seat heaters in the front seats, find the switch on the main console.

  • How do I charge the car?

The charger port is on the drivers side. The gas is filled on the rear passenger side. I will give you a charger that can be plugged in to a wall charger in a garage. Additionally, if you're at a docking station at a mall, etc, you will be able to charge there. Those commercial 220 Volt chargers will fully charge to 30 miles in 4 hours. The wall charger will take about 8-10 hours, that's perfect for overnights.

  • What's the radio sound like?

There are BOSE speakers, so the sound is really great! Enjoy! Find usb charger in the center console to charge and connect your device to the speakers, or you can connect by Bluetooth.
