To avoid being charged the cost of fuel plus Turo's $10 inconvenience fee. MILEAGE: Your trip comes with a mileage allowance. It's important to remember that you will be charged a per-mile fee if you exceed that allowance.

Car was not properly inspection before we booked. We received a dirty car, I even sent the message to the host before he seen it to let him know that there was bird s*** on the side of the car, outside & inside of the car. I was going to spend my own cash to clean the car he only put $7.31 says tank but charged me almost $50.

Overall wonderful experience renting Bona’s car! The Prius was very clean and Bona was very responsive and accommodating. I had never driven a Prius before but it was a very smooth ride and gas efficient for my rental period. This was my first time using Turo so I was a bit nervous (I saw on some different car reviews, that it looks like Turo hosts can cancel rental requests right before your rental day, so this was a concern to me.) I could not be without a car while mine was in the shop! However, I saw that Bona only had good reviews on his vehicles and no cancellations which is why I rented from him. It ended up being much cheaper than a rental car company and I would recommend and rent from Bona again in the future! Thanks for a good first Turo experience.
