No smoking of any kind inside the vehicle. (Turo will apply cleaning and damage fees if smoke is detected.) No pets allowed unless approved in advance. No off-roading, racing, track use, or reckless driving. (Tesla logs driving behavior — drive responsibly.) Return the car clean, inside and out. No trash, food, stains, or excessive dirt. Return with at least 75% battery to avoid additional charging fees. No unauthorized drivers. Only drivers approved through Turo are allowed to operate the vehicle. Charging costs (Supercharger use) during your trip will be billed after the trip. Please treat the car with care — it’s my personal vehicle, and I appreciate you taking good care of it! Child seats: You must provide and properly install your own car seats or booster seats if needed.
Open the charge port by tapping on the rear left side (near the taillight) or using the touchscreen. You can use any Tesla Supercharger or public EV charger. Supercharging fees will be billed after your trip.
Just press the brake pedal with the Tesla key card nearby or connect using the Tesla app if we set that up. No traditional start button!
No need for 100%, but please return it with at least 75% battery to avoid a charging fee.
Absolutely no smoking. Turo enforces heavy cleaning fees if any smoke smell is detected.
Yes, basic Autopilot is available! Please keep your hands on the wheel at all times — it’s a driver-assist feature, not full self-driving.
