Yes, additional time is possible as long as another guest is not scheduled after your original time of return. All additional time request is done through the Turo App.
Why is there a parking fee at Charleston International Airport.
The touchless service is only effective when the vehicle is left in a convenient location at the airport. Unfortunately, all parking locations at Charleston International Airport are paid parking areas.
When will I get the information to pickup the vehicle?
Within 24 hours of your trip, the instructions will be uploaded to the Turo photos section for viewing. The parking location will be uploaded within two hours of your scheduled pickup. A texted message will be sent to your phone with the trip instructions and parking location for quicker access.
Is smoking allowed in your fleet of vehicles?
I do not allow smoking of any kind in my fleet of vehicles just as it’s prohibited with commercial rental car companies.

I had trouble locating the car but the host was extremely helpful. The car was clean. Rides nice. I didn’t have any problems at all. Definitely will book again! Harold cars are the best!
