Please BEWARE anytime you are renting a car from this host, Fatima, she is very deceitful and greedy. Make sure to thoroughly read the Turo Contracts and Agreements that you sign. Fatima is the kind of host to use technicalities in the agreement to squeeze large amounts($Thousands!!$) of dollars out of your account without mercy. While renting a car from her for 3 months straight during Covid, she thanked me several times for not moving to other hosts and that she appreciate the help. The car needed maintenance a few times during the trip and I still paid for those days when I didnt have the car. After everything she still went behind me to complain to Turo about mileage that was technically over the initially agreed amount (instead of ending and restarting each trip I kept extending). Since the mileage difference accumulated over the 3 months she was able to empty my account and turo didn’t help. When I asked her about it she was dishonest and even told me her car that already had 100k+ miles could be devalued by extra mileage. Think twice before renting a car from her!!! BE CAREFUL! DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! READ THOROUGHLY!! If she can get extra money out of you, she will!

I tried to be as polite and professional throughout the trip. Firstly, let me clear few hundred dollars I earn from renting this vehicle doesn’t run my household. If the guest is unaware of milege limitation and drive three times the allowed mileage ofcourse it needed maintaince. I told her she can finish the trip and return the car, it was her choice to keep the car. I never asked her to extend the trip. I have the record message from turo stating my car’s value was depreciated atleast $500.

I had to cancel my trip. Because my last guest had the car with her for about a month and she requested me to extend the trip. I cancelled the new trip to extend her trip.

This was my first time using Turo. Fatima was very nice and the pick up/ drop off was a good area. She was flexible and stayed in communication with me before and during my trip. Her husband was there for the pickup and he was on time and helpful. No issues with the car, though I did give her some feedback about the headlights. I think they just need to be changed. Other than that, I got around with no problems while i was in town. Upon returning the car, she even waited with me while i called an Uber so i wouldn’t be hanging out in the parking lot with all of my luggage. I was heading to the airport. I’ll definitely use turo again bc this was cheaper and convenient.
