If the vehicle is brought back unreasonable dirty (determined to be made by our Service Director) you will be charged a cleaning fee accordingly. The Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. PARKING DETAILS (READ CAREFULLY) Can I take the shuttle for free even though you're flying in and did not choose the "delivery fee option"?
Unfortunately no. The home pick up location is for LOCAL (NON-FLYING) GUEST that are NOT USING THE AIRPORT SHUTTLES to get to and/or from the airport terminals at the BEGINNING AND/OR ENDING OF THEIR TRIP. The "delivery fee" is airport access from the airport parking lot and is an automatic charge to my parking account when shuttle services are used. Airport reservations also have different needs from local trips so, if you are reading this and flying into IAH the pick up location needs to be Bush Intercontinental Airport to avoid any fees, or cancellations. If you're flying into Hobby which is the south location airport same instructions apply. If you take the shuttle back to airport without choosing the "airport delivery option there will be a reimbursement fee due to the charge occurred by parking lot. Local guests will receive pick up instructions as they are different from airport arrivals once we are within 24 hours of starting. After the verification photos have been uploaded local guests will receive their pick up instructions.
