Mable was amazing. She actually came early👏 and was super friendly and accommodating. The car was sleek, smelt really good and drove wonderfully. I love the gas mileage on this car. The return process was also seamless. Will definitely be renting from Mable again. Highly recommended.

Mable was an exceptional host! She was flexible, communicative and detailed. The pick-up and drop off was super easy. Car was perfect and convenient for my visit. Will definitely be renting from Mable again in the future.

❌❌❗️❗️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️DO NOT RISK YOUR TRIP BOOKING WITH MABLE ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌This host is a nightmare to work with. She was an hour LATE to drop off the vehicle and needed a ride to drop her off somewhere (not included in the pickup / return instructions). She delivered the white Hyundai to me and said “you have to put air in the tire”. Ok.... why would you give someone a car with no air in the tire?? I put air in the tire almost 4 TIMES. IT KEPT LOSING AIR AND THIS IS IN A 5 hour timeframe. The tire pressure light was on upon delivery. I messaged the host who then stated to “take the vehicle to Walmart and get it patched” excuse me???? I DID NOT feel comfortable providing service on a Host’s vehicle. Mind you, this would be and has been a HUGE inconvenience to my planned trip. I advised the host I WILL RETURN THE VEHICLE. This is a safety concern! We are in Houston Texas and CANNOT drive on a low tire pressure. I AM a state inspector and this vehicle should be failed for road safety. The host put her guest in a situation where a tire blowout was prone to happen. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Also, it is UNPROFESSIONAL to deliver someone a vehicle with mechanical issues!!! Her vehicle is NOT road SAFE ! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCAMMER. I contacted turo for a full refund + the delivery fee. The hose THREATENED me and advised that SHE WILL NOT refund the delivered fee UNLESS I RATED 5 stars !?!? WTF! ILLEGAL AND BRIBING a guest ??? She then told turo I HAD TO finish the check in process in order to get a refund (which Turo has on a recorded call between them and herself) I checked the car in and she called me over 20 times and text me and send messages via TURO saying “please finish the rating process” i advised her that I have checked the car in, as she asked for on a recorded line. The host repeated that she will only refund if I give her 5 star. Now she knows.. we all know.. and I’m sure Turo knows this is violating the terms of conditions. It is also illegal to bribe someone and bully them. The host has been harassing me since this incident! We are working with Turo to get the funds back! The host stated she did not promise a refund( which she did). The host will only call my phone and speak of the refund, she will not put it in messages or on paper as she knows it is illegal. 📵📵📵📵📵📵📵⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Take this seriously when I advise to not book with this Host. She is practicing fraudulent activity via TURO. She stated that I had “great use of the vehicle” and that I cannot have a refund for the delivery fee. I did not have “great use” of the vehicle as it was kept for less than 20 hours and I had to constantly take the time out and try to figure out what was the issue with the vehicle. I had to book another vehicle through enterprise which means I’m paying now for TWO rentals. The host is guilty and is following a malpractice. The host Indeed owes me a full refund + a delivery fee for the inconvenience , false representation, and trouble I had to go through. WARNING to everyone do not bypass this review. The other reviews were likely false reviews as she bullies the guest to leave 5 stars to make her look good. If you do proceed with booking, DO NOT LET HER BULLY YOU INTO 5 stars. PLEASE GIVE YOUR HONEST REVIEW. As she is guilty, and she will reap what she sows by getting over and scamming people! I promise! I have rented from turo multiple times and have never met a host as manipulative and sketchy as MABLE. Leave an honest review because she will continue to follow this malpractice. Do expect for her to reply with this with false information.
