Description

This car is a older car, but it is very well maintained. Driving this car is like riding in a spaceship. This car also saves you a lot of money in gas due to it being a hybrid. Amazing for long trips. All of my cars are Always clean and Sanitized after every use.

Parking details

This address is a friends address with a large parking lot on a churchs property. Please pull up and park and I will come there to meet you. There is No Public Parking and your vehicle will be towed. This is private property. Also catalac converters are stolen in this area all the time. You can park your car at Wal-Mart on Trinity Parkway in Stockton and catch Uber to my location. Please do not leave my car unattended without giving me the keys the same way I handed them to you. Please do not show up with out your drivers license.

Guidelines

There is No Smoking in any of the cars on this platform and you will be given a score of 1 and kicked off of the platform and charged $250.00 if you smoke in anyone's car. Even if you do not have the money on your card when Turo bills you they will pay me and send you to collections trust me! I give my Guest the car full of gas if you do not want to be charged an extra $10.00 for a convenience fee please stop and get gas across the street on the corner from the pick up place. Please make sure you look at the pre-trip pictures to make sure you have topped off the gas because if you do not I will take it to the gas station and even if it was short by $10.00 I will have to send a invoice. To avoid this please get gas when you get within a couple of exits from the return location or stop on the corner. Turo will also send you to collections if I send a invoice and you do not pay the invoice within 72 hours. Just be aware of that. All of my cars are pet friendly, but please use your common sense and lay down a blanket. Noone wants dog and cat hair all over them and it is very difficult to clean off of the carpets. Also if your dog scratches my leather seats you will be charged for the seat to be fixed. Do not let your passengers climb on the seats or put their feet on my dashboard. Also please do not put hard objects or clipboards on my dash board. If you return my car with deep scrapes and scratches on my dash board you will be charged to replace the entire dash board. I want to keep my cars looking good for all of my Guest as long as I can. If you get into a accident whether or not you hit someone or someone hits you do not panic it is just a car and your life and your family's life is more important. Just take a deep breathe and remember to get the drivers info. Look in the glove box and there is a paper that says Turo for accidents and there is a Commercial policy number for Travelers Insurance and a phone number on there. You give the Highway Patrol that number or the Sheriff. You can also give it to the person you hit. Remember do not talk about the accident with anyone other than the police due to they will be writing down everything you say and it can be used against you. When you get settled send me a message and press the Help button in the app to have the car towed back to me. Do not do any mechanical repairs on my car period! All of my cars have the oil changed every few thousand miles depending on what the manual says for that particular vehicle. Also most of my vehicles are programed to remind me when the oil change is due within 1000 miles. If the oil change light comes on just send me a message then I will give you instructions. The car will be fine until you return the vehicle unless you are going to keep the car for a few months then we will discuss the next plan. WE ARE NOT ENTERPRISE OR HERTZ! You can not rent a vehicle from any rental company with out your physical drivers license and we are no different. If you are a very Timid person or you get offended by every little thing that I say we are not a good match and please cancel your reservation and choose another Host. I am pretty laid back, but I do not deal with Petty Boots. I have 3 business and I do not have time for Shenanigans. I do really good with people who are just like me, Hard Working, Trustworthy, and Honest people. I use this business to take care of my kids and I do not have time to waste. REMEMBER WE ARE NOT ENTERPRISE. ENTERPRISE HAS CAR CLEANERS. I CLEAN MY OWN CARS AND IF THE CAR IS RETURNED FILTHY I CHARGE FOR MY TIME. I am providing you with a service and a clean car and I want my car returned back just like I gave it to you. If you came to pick up one of my cars and it had chicken crumbs on the floor, crackers smashed on the carpets, ketchup and mustard smeared on the steering wheel, potato chips crushed on the floor and dried up coffee and soda on the leather seats. finger prints all on the inside of the windows like I did not clean the car before I gave it to you would you rent my car? No, you would think I was NASTY and you would walk off and ask for a refund so do not return my car back like that! Also we are not Psychic. Noone not even you can predict if a car is going to break down like a hose or if the car over heats. CARS BREAK DOWN! IN FACT THAT MAY BE WHY YOU ARE RENTING A CAR FROM ME NOW BECAUSE YOUR CAR BROKE DOWN! Please contact me if that happens by sending me a message in the Turo app by pressing the HELP button on your phone so Turo can send a Tow Truck. I usually am up until 1A every night. So far I have never had a car break down only a flat tire and I towed the guest to a tire shop located close to where they had the flat. The car will be towed back to the meeting spot and Turo will get you another car or I may have another car for you. The meeting place is a church. If you take Uber to the location you can sit on the bench in front of the church's front door. The church is aware that if they see random decent looking people sitting on the bench that it is more then likely my Guest. I am usually there already if not I will be there shortly. You can be late by 15 minutes and I can be 15 minutes late. Send me a message when you arrive just in case I am not there yet. Please do not contact me saying where are you if 15 minutes have not passed after are meeting time. I do not offer delivery due to I have too many cars and I work a fulltime job. Please make sure you do not forget to bring your drivers license when you pick up the vehicle. It is against Turo's policy to give you my keys with out uploading your drivers license to the trip pictures or me taking a picture of your license and uploading it to Turo just in case the police need to be contacted if the car is not returned. When you return the car please park the car in the spot that I discuss with you. I have 11 spots for my 11 cars. Please make sure you take your pictures when you return due to that proves if there is any damage with the car. Turo knows what time you take the pictures in the app. If you get into a accident or if the car is returned with some scratches all over the car do not try to hide it let me know right away because I know where every mark is on my cars and a claim will be filed regardless. Do not wait until you show up with a damaged car because other people have booked that car and I want to be able to cancel their trip so they can find another vehicle. Lastly if you choose to leave a review please do not leave a review or a comment about the location. My location is my location and if you did not like the location you should have picked another car. Also be advised if you do not live in Stockton and drive out here to rent a vehicle from me why in the world would you complain about where the car is located. If you rent from Enterprise can you tell them where they should build their facility NO! IF YOU WANT TO EXTEND YOUR TRIP PLEASE DO IT IN THE APP BY CHANGING THE TIME AND THE DAY AS SOON AS YOU KNOW YOU NEED THE VEHICLE FOR LONGER. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO EXTEND YOUR TRIP SOMEONE ELSE MAY HAVE BOOKED THE VEHICLE AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO RETURN THE CAR. Also if you do not like my bluntness you have a right to spend your hard earned money with anyone you want pick another vehicle with another Host WITH IN 30 MIUTES OF BOOKING THE CAR SO YOU WILL GET A FULL REFUND. ALSO PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CARD INFO AND WE DO NOT GET PAID FOR THE TRIP UNTIL 72 HOURS AFTER YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE. ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR FUNDS NEEDS TO BE DIRECTED TO THE TURO CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. This is a real business and I treat it like it is a business. Please do not send me a message asking for me to rent you a car for $20.00. Turo is very serious about us not talking to the Guest out side of the app and doing side deals. DO NOT SEND ME TEXT UNLESS IT IS A EMERGENCY FOR EXAMPLE YOU GOT INTO A ACCIDENT OR THE CAR GOT TOWED DUE TO DRUNK DRIVING ETC. IF SOMEONE GETS INTO AN ACCIDENT THAT IS NOT LISTED AS A DRIVER THE INSURANCE YOU PURCHASED IS VOIDED BECAUSE IT ONLY COVERS YOU! YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THE DAMAGE ON YOUR OWN! IF SOMEONE ASKED YOU TO RENT A VEHICLE FOR THEM PLEASE CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND TELL THEM YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THE RISK! The AC went out on my car two days before I was head down south to Disneyland. No way was I going to survive without air conditioning. Looking online I found Erica's Prius. Looked at the reviews and was hooked. One tank got me to Anaheim with gas to spare. Then it cost $40 to fill up for the trip home. I couldn't believe it! No problems at all with car. I loved that you can swith power modes for when you need to pass or get on to the highway quickly. Transaction and communication with Erica was great. Would definitely rent again without hesitation. Thanks Erica!!

Unfortunately. This person will not ever be able to rent from me again. Does not read or follow instructions very well. Does not know the difference between a electric car and a hybrid. Very rude when she showed up and had a nasty attitude because she lied and said she read my policies when she didn't due to I give all of my guest 15 minutes to be late and I also have the same courtesy. She missed that in the instructions. Guest had not started car and said is your engine messed up. What!
