The car was amazing rode smooth great host i was lost and thought i got ripped off but he help me understand that there were two signs lol silly me definitely recommend him he’s very helpful and respectful and responses to every question you have , Also I needed it for last minute family emergency and I thank u for letting me drive your car

This was an incredible experience from start to finish! The host went above and beyond, making my trip so convenient and stress-free. Their communication was top-notch, and they were incredibly accommodating with all my needs. I couldn't have asked for a better host. Highly recommend!

It drove well and was punctual to delivering the car at the agreed spot, host were helpful when turo charged me for an extra day in getting it removed all in all it was a good experience

This guest experienced challenges using the Turo app, which led to him dropping the car off earlier than the drop off time he had reserved. The guest asked me if I can change the drop off time, I explained that I was unable to do that as a host and he’d have to contact Turo support. I also told him that if Turo didn’t assist, I would personally reimburse him for the extra time and trouble. He said he would speak with them. I reached out to revisit a day later and the guest did not respond.
