Jim was very flexible and helpful when I was in a difficult situation and needed a car unexpectedly, which I appreciate very much. I also appreciated his care (during these crazy pandemic times!) in making sure the car was well cleaned and greeting me with gloves, a mask, and a clean bottle of water upon my arrival to pick up the car. He gave me his phone number to text in case any concerns came up, and the car is very nice, roomy, and gets great mileage due to being a diesel!
