Host was communicative and it easy to locate the car, but the car was extremely dirty when I picked it up, and based on the parking ticket price, it had been sitting in the parking garage for over five hours. A large parking ticket and dirty car was not a good way to start my trip. Host was unwilling to provide me a partial refund.
