Benjamin was great.. pick up and drop off were a breeze, and the vehicle was clean. Airtag and a blown speaker were a bit of a nuisance, but I do completely understand the need.

The only thing i didnt care for was there was an AirTag hidden in the car so the thought of being able to track wasn’t the best but i understand it’s a precaution for stolen vehicles and such.
