When I picked up the vehicle & got into it, I immediately messaged him on the app. Letting him know about the OVERLY *STRONG* odors coming from the car. The marijuana smell was not like someone was just having a “good” time in the car before hand. It smelled like a Dispensary had exploded inside of the car. Then I had to message him about how the car was NOT CLEAN, then message a 3rd time about how the vehicle was not left on FULL. I wanted to make this known so I wouldn’t be “BLAMED” for anything after the trip. He received the messages & acknowledged all the above. On my Hour Plus drive home, I had to crack both back windows to try to rid the SMELLS. Not only the “Ganja” smell, but the very bad Cheap Cologne cover up. I do understand people smoke, that’s not an issue. This was on a whole NEW LEVEL.

After the hour plus drive back, & stopping for Odor Neutralizer the odors were still “PRESENT”. My oldest had helped a few hours later carry out luggage to the car. I had POPPED the trunk of the vehicle & it smelled like PEPPY LE PEW, had a litter of little Le Pews in the trunk on my drive home… Any ways after reaching our destination & paying for PRIVATE PARKING in the parking Garage at our hotel. Which was $50 a day, the car had sat until that Monday.. We had spent MONEY on Ubers the whole weekend so we didn’t have to “ENJOY” all the lovely FRAGRANCES DURING our vacation. Which was over $50 plus a day. On Monday when we went to leave we got a BLOW OUT on the Passenger Side Front . I messaged the HOST right away. Being stranded with #2 littles on a beyond busy SAINT LOUIS INTERSTATE while snowing heavily was such a joy. Luckily Saint Louis Dot stopped to help. At least one of the LUG NUTS was completely stripped. So it was making it impossible to get the tire off without a MECHANICAL TOOL. The SPARE that was left in the trunk was flat. Thank God for TURO ROAD SIDE SERVICE they made sure we made it safely to the airport. Payed for my daughters & I to get a LYFT from the Airport all the way back to ILLINOIS. The gentleman even stayed on the phone with me the whole time to make sure we were safe & comfortable in the LYFT. & they payed for the HOSTS vehicle to be TOWED back to ILLINOIS. As we were waiting for the the Lyft to get to the airport, I had my youngest make sure we were NOT leaving ANYTHING behind in the car. She found a bunch of vaping liquids, Full Pack of Cigarettes, & some other things in the back seat of the car. I had sent the host photos of her findings & told him where I was going to leave them. Over all the experience with this car was beyond HORRID, but our EXPERIENCE with TURO was great like ALWAYS. & we will continue to use them like ALWAYS!
