Yes, there's a NACS charge adaptor in the trunk that you'll need to use to connect the CCS1 port the car comes with to the Tesla charge cable. Please remember to return it to the trunk after you've finished charging otherwise you won't be able to use Tesla charger stations unless you purchase a replacement from a Mercedes dealership. The cost is currently $220 + tax. Loss of the adaptor will incur a replacement fee. You'll need to locate a NACS supercharger via the Tesla app as not all supercharger stalls are available to non-Tesla vehicles. It also makes sense to instal the Tesla app and set up an account so that you can swiftly start charging.
Much like with a gas powered vehicle, you are responsible for the cost of charging. There are a number of EV charging networks available and it's worthwhile setting up accounts with them in advance to make the charging process easier.
