Guidelines
+ DELIVERY: We deliver to George Bush International Airport (IAH) (Delivery fee charged) and there is a one time airport parking fee that can range from $4 to $9 to be paid after leaving the parking area. This service includes shuttles from all terminals when picking up the car and also when dropping it off, this shuttle service is free and there is no need to pay. We do have deliveries to certain areas of Houston and cities nearby Houston (Delivery Fee Charged) + FUEL LEVEL: Return the car with full gas level just as received, if gas level is not full as received there will be a $10 inconvenience fee with an invoice of the gas. + TOLL USAGE: All cars have an ez-tag for tolls at your convenience, after the trip we will request a reimbursement for the toll use during the trip and a $4 one time fee. + MILEAGE: Every trip has limited mileage, if this one is exceeded then there will be a small charge rate per mileage. + DO NOT: There is no smoking and no pets. This car is free of smoking and pets, if there is a smoking smell there will be a fee up to $145 and this one will be charged on your Turo reservation. If there is any evidence that pets were inside the car, there will be a up to $125 fee and this one will be charged on your Turo reservation. + RETURN CAR CLEAN AND WASHED: Please return the car cleaned and washed as received, if this one is not cleaned and washed there will be a cleaning fee charged on your Turo Reservation. When returned the car will be examined and depending on how dirty the car is, the fee can vary depending on how dirty the car is after returning it. (I highly recommend to run it into a hands-free car wash, they cost about $5-$8, and just have the interior clean, and you should be good to go). + QUESTIONS? Hi Samantha, as you know pets are not allowed inside the vehicle, we believe the trip was very smooth, pick up and return were great, not sure why the three stars, maybe because of the small cleaning fee. We wish we had more feedback other than "only three stars" but we always strive for excellence, other than that, thank you for your business and thank you for renting one of our cars. Oscar.
