✅ Permitted: - Responsible drivers with a valid license. - Local trips or longer getaways within Turo’s allowed radius. - Guests who plan to return the vehicle clean and fueled to its original level. 🚫 Not Permitted: - Smoking or vaping of any kind – a cleaning fee will apply. - Pets without a protective cover or prior approval. - Off-roading or racing – the vehicle is GPS-monitored and Turo insurance does not cover this. - Car seats or booster seats – not currently provided; guests must bring and install their own if needed. - Excessive mess – please return the car in the same clean condition it was picked up in.

What if I need to pick up or return the car outside normal hours?
Pickups are available from 8AM on weekdays and from 10AM on weekends. You can return the car as late as 11:30PM any day of the week. If you need a more flexible option, feel free to reach out before booking to check availability — I try to accommodate when I can.
I’ve never used Turo before. Is it easy to book and check in?
Yes — I’ve made it super easy, especially for first-time renters. Once you book, I send you everything you need: pickup location, how to check in, and what to expect. If you ever need help, just message me through the app — I respond quickly and am happy to walk you through it.

Where do I pick up the car? Is delivery available?
The car is for easy local pickup only — no delivery at this time. You'll receive clear directions and instructions 1 hour before your trip, and the location is convenient, safe, and easy to access. I’ve streamlined the process for a fast check-in and check-out.

Absolutely. The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental. I treat every trip like it's my own, so you’ll always get a fresh, clean ride.
