This is the second time I am renting Wael's car. Wael is super friendly and very helpful. He was kind enough to pick me up from my house and drop me off at my house for free.
Regarding the car, I had some issues with it this time. It showed an "Engine overheated" warning light during the trip. I had to turn off the car in the middle of the trip and wait for 30 minutes to let the engine cool down. Luckily, after that, the "Engine overheated" warning light never came on again. Additionally, the car had a "Low tire pressure" warning light on from the beginning of the trip. Although this did not cause any issues, I wish Wael would fix this too.
The car is a gas saver, and Wael was quick to respond when I texted him about the car problems. I'd like to rent a car from Wael again, but not this one until he fixes the issues.
