Guidelines
Rules can be boring sometimes, but please abide by the following policies in order to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone booking this Tesla! NO SMOKING/Marijuana allowed - Should there be a noticeable smell, we will report to Turo and charge a fee in excess of $150 for cleaning services. Minimum 75 Miles of Charge upon return Our Car is Pet Friendly - However, please clean up pet hair or other remnants or a cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed. All Supercharging will be charged on our card. However, once the trip is complete we will charge the appropriate cost of charging used as well as any Toll Roads used. Parking fees accumulated will also be charged back to the customer. Should you book with the Prepaid supercharging there will be no additional fees on your end for charging.

Can I charge at our Hotel/Airbnb? Where can I charge?
Charging is a breeze with the included Mobile Charger. Meaning you can charge in a standard outlet at your Airbnb, Home, Hotel, etc. Have a 240v outlet? You can charge even faster! Find out if there is a supercharger or other Tesla Destination chargers using this link: https://www.tesla.com/findus Additionally - Using Tesla's Navigation in the car will recommend charging locations should the route be more miles than currently available.
How does the delivery process work? Where will the car be parked?
We strive to make deliveries as simple as possible. For airports - Once we receive your flight info - the car will be delivered before you land. Once you land you will receive detailed info on how to find the car. We utilize lockboxes to allow our guests flexibility. Guest location chosen? No worries! We will reach out to you before your trip starts to set up a timeframe for us to deliver the car to your chosen location. Picking up from our home address? The car will be waiting - arrive when you are able!
