My experience wasn’t that great honestly, when I got the car it was on 48% not a full charge so I had to go sit for 45 min after getting off the plane to charge the car, the side of the driver seat where you adjust your seat and where the seat belt comes out of was coming apart I had to keep clicking like the cover back in place like the whole panel I don’t even know what to call it, the car wasn’t wiped down or cleaned on the inside or outside.. the battery didn’t stay charged long not sure if something is wrong with it so I wasn’t able to go like I wanted cause I had to keep going to charge the car like, I’d charge to 100% and then drive 10 min it’s already at 90%… and even when not driving it like it’s parked door locked it loses charge over night. I have a Tesla model x and it doesn’t do that so pretty familiar with Tesla. The host was nice and responsive but I just didn’t enjoy the car…

Katrina was amazing and the car was perfect. Unfortunately I couldn’t ever get the Tesla charging port to accept payment so I ended up having to drop the car off with less than the agreed to charge. Be aware you cannot use any charging station but Tesla—my wife rented the car for me and she did not inform me of this detail. It’s important because you most have a Tesla app account to use the Tesla chargers.

Car clean and operational. First time renting an electric vehicle and I will NEVER rent an electric vehicle again. The host is amazing. She helped me through all my challenges. I wanted to return after one day and read the small print on the contract and decided to keep it.
