Turo Rental Guidelines: -No racing, donuts or other prohibited activities or illegal activities -Return the car in the same condition as it was picked up -91 premium gas only (keep receipt in console when filling up gas) -No pets or smoking in the car Possible fees for not following Guidelines: - A cleaning fee will be charged up to $150 plus a 3% processing in severe cases related to the interior and/or exterior. - If there is evidence of smoke, you will be charged up to $250 plus an additional 3% processing fee for cleaning. - Late pick-ups may result in a cancellation or late fee, and late returns will be charged a possible fee at Turo discretion. - You will be responsible for the actual cost of all toll bridges taken. No admin fee for using the FasTrak, just the toll fee will be charged to you. All toll fees will be added post-trip and be charged to you via Turo reimbursement request for the actual cost of the tolls. Same for FasTrak Express Lane. - $$$* per wheel for any curb rashes on the car depending on severity of the damage and location. - Please fill up the car to the level of gas you received it at. Otherwise, the cost of refill along with a $10 inconvenience fee will be charged.
- Please treat this car like your own, have fun but do not abuse it. - If you have selected prepaid fuel this car will come with a full tank of gas, please return it at the same fuel level as it was received to avoid getting charged for the cost of refuel + 10% convenience fee. - If you have not selected prepaid fuel, this vehicle will come with a fuel level as is. It is your responsibility to fill up and return the vehicle with the same exact fuel level as received.
