SFO DELIVERY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 1. Curbside Pickup/Return Restrictions: Curbside pickup or return at SFO is prohibited. We cannot pick up or drop off cars at the Arrivals or Departures levels, or anywhere else on airport premises near the terminals. 2. Domestic Garage Restrictions: Turo does not allow pick-up or drop-off in any Domestic Parking Garage. Although many guests prefer this, Turo’s limited agreement with SFO prohibits it. SFO has automated license plate readers, and many local guests have received fines from airport authorities. 3. International Garage Parking Only: Turo allows car parking only in International Garages A and G, which can be accessed by the AirTrain. However, this may not be convenient for most guests. Additionally, guests are fully responsible for parking fees, which are $36 per pick-up or drop-off, totaling up to $72 per trip. Turo also charges an airport fee, as reflected in your trip receipt. 4. Free Nearby Parking Option with Complimentary Shuttle Service: Our cars are parked less than two miles from the airport, just a seven-minute ride away, with a free shuttle service running every 30 minutes from any Hotel Shuttle stop at SFO terminals. If you prefer to avoid SFO parking and airport fees, simply select our "Home Location" in South San Francisco as the vehicle pick-up location. By choosing this option, you will not be responsible for any airport or parking fees. TOLLS: All our vehicles' license plates are registered with FasTrak, the local toll authority. You are welcome to use the FasTrak lanes on California highways. Guests are responsible for all toll charges incurred during their journey. There is no need to pay these tolls at the time of the trip. Toll fees will be automatically billed to the vehicle's license plate and then added to your Turo bill after your trip concludes. VEHICLE CARE: Please treat this car as if it were your own. We appreciate customers who return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received. This allows us to maintain our low prices.
