-Vehicle Cleanliness *Please return the car in the same clean condition as when it was rented, or ideally, even better! This includes both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. *A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty. -No Smoking Policy *Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. *This rule ensures the comfort and safety of all renters. *A cleaning fee will be charged for any smoke-related odors or damage. -No Off-Road Driving *The vehicle is to be used on paved roads only. *Off-road driving, including on dirt roads, sand, mud, or rough terrain, is strictly prohibited. *Any damage resulting from off-road use will be the renter’s full responsibility. -Parking Fees & Return Location *The renter is responsible for all parking fees incurred during the rental period. *If the vehicle was picked up at the airport, it must be returned to the same economy parking lot where it was originally located. *If the vehicle is returned to a different parking lot, the renter will be responsible for any additional fees. *Any unpaid parking tickets or violations will also be charged to the renter. -Fuel Policy *The car must be returned with a full tank of gas, just as it was at the start of the rental. *If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will be applied.

Ruben was so easy to work with. Car was clean and got us to the ski resorts no problem. Car also has new m+s tires so got right into the canyon with the traction law in effect.
