No food consumption: just find a picnic area, pull over and feast 🍗🍔🍟🌮🌯🍜🍦🍩. Nobody likes mayo or soft serve in their lap and car seat - eating while driving is also dangerous!
Do I have to refill the gas tank?
Yes, fuel if your responsibility and you should refill the tank before dropping off the car. The car will have a full tank of gas at pickup. If the car is returned with less than a full tank you will be charged for the cost of refueling.
Can I drive over the mileage limit?
Absolutely! Just note there is an overage fee for every mile you drive over the limit of your reservation.
Do I need to wash, vacuum and clean the car?
I expect renters to return the car in the same condition it was found at picked up. Given this expectation my car comes with unlimited membership to a nearby car wash (you can also wash and vacuum the car for fee as many times you want during your trip).
Renters should factor in the time it takes to stop by the car wash prior to returning the car. If renters don't have the time/ability to clean and wash the car prior to drop off, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Can I still pick up / drop off the car if you are unavailable or something changes in my itinerary?
YES! I can give you remote access to the car so you can access the car even if I cannot meet with you in person. Detailed instructions about how remote key exchanges are managed will be shared with you after - here is Turo’s policy:
Do you provide an E-ZPass?
An E-ZPass will be in the car for your travel convenience - the E-Zpass allows for faster crossing of toll booths in New England. Do note that you are responsible for the cost of the tolls at the end of your trip. I will submit for toll reimbursement through the Turo app.
