The original car wasn't ready and I had to accept what was available given the time. The car I was given had a scraped off inspection sticker a light out a charger that didn't work and a continuously leaking Tire. And after all that I was still charged an amount that I didn't think warranted the car I was given to drive.

First of all you brought my car with a horrible smell!
the car was in great condition with new Maine plates. valid for 1 month as I just moved from another state. I was chasing you to extend and I did inform you that the car is scheduled for new tires and you ignored me and stopped answering me. Horrible renter!
