The car I was supposed to get was a 2016 and apparently someone else took the wrong car. So he gave me a 2013 with low tire pressure, some warning light, and a chunk missing from the side window. The car was loud as heck in the highway and when I mentioned it, he said it was a sensor issue. I ended up returning the car 6 hours early. The host was apologetic and said he would take off a day as a “discount” and let me return it at whatever gas level. The entire experience truly was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I feel bad because he personally was a super nice guy, but the car and the experience itself was truly pretty bad.

Elias was incredible! Communicated extremely well, was understanding when I had to make adjustments to my trip times and was accommodating when it came to dropping the car off! The car worked perfectly and came equipped with a USB port! This was my first experience with Turo and Elias made it a fantastic one!
