My car is clean and drives great! AC works perfectly. Very fuel efficient. Perfect size to drive around LA. Swerve through traffic and finding parking is easy with this car. Last minutes requests 👌🏽 Pick and return the car 7 days a week, located 15 minutes east of downtown. First time renter instructions: 1. Create a Turo account. 2. Get pre-approved by uploading your drivers license and credit card. 3. Wait for approval. 4. Book this car. 5. Pick up the car at my location. ***I can't see your total costs. Only you can see your total costs ( rental, discounts, insurance, etc) Absolutely no smoking. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee. Need to extend your trip? Go in trip details and click on extend trip. As long as the car is available I will approve it. Please make sure to extend before the current trip ends

Parking details

There is easy street parking at our location. It's a very nice and peaceful neighborhood, there are some street cleaning signs, there will be street sweeping every tuesday morning from 6am to 10am, so if you need to leave you car here while you are renting ours you are more than welcome.

Guidelines

By booking our vehicle, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions below. •The vehicle must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If you can’t find a car wash/gas station, both are conveniently located 2 minutes away from our location, a cleaning fee may occur. •In the event that the vehicle has been returned without a full tank of gas, you are responsible for the actual gas bill + a $10 gas pumping service fee. •Smoking cigarettes and marijuana is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the vehicle. Any violation of the smoking policy will be subject to a $250 fee. •The vehicle must be returned on time (as indicated on your booking reservation) as the next client is scheduled immediately after your drop off. (Please plan on approximately 30 minutes to take care of vehicle maintenance duties as stated above, prior to returning our vehicle.) We hope you enjoy our car as we work very hard to make your trip as convenient, pleasant and hassle free as possible and we look forward to see you renting our vehicles again.

  • Do we have to clean the car when returning?

    Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. The check engine came on as soon as i drove off. Its makes a rattling sound sometimes when it turns on. But other than good.

The car was in TERRIBLE condition. It is desperate need of maintenance. We booked it for a trip and we had to adjust our schedule to return the car and get a different one due to the car feeling unsafe. The car was jittery sometimes, and the tires feels like they're too thin. When we were returning the car, the check engine light even came on. I wouldn't recommend renting this car to anyone until it gets the maintenance it needs That being said, the host was actually responsive and agreed to cut the trip short. But that doesn't excuse the horrendous state that car was being rented at.

I usually do not like to leave negative reviews because it messes with others business but i was forced since he was inconsiderate of how he let a car in this condition be rented out. First let me start by saying if you are going to be renting a car with high mileage At least make sure there are no check engine codes or any suspension issues or small gremlins that needed to be attended to too make the car rentable and comfortable to drive. Upon arriving we found that that all the cars windows was dirty , like someone got a dirty rag and Smeared all the dirt over the windows and the whole car was not washed.(presentation was out the door) on a side note the tank was full and the interior was clean which was good. Once driving off we noticed that the tpms sensor light was on . So i googled the nearest gas station to check tire pressure since I was already leaving on my trip . While driving to a gas station there was a moving object on the road that we unfortunately we hit due to the tires being so low ,causing a small crack on the bottom right front bumper. We then made it to the gas station which was a slight inconveniece because you would think the whole car is check listed so its ready to go. Well you thought wrong. Regardles we went to gas station filled the tires and bam Tpms light went away. We began driving we noticed what seemed like either a shock or suspension ball joint issue of somekind where there was a very vicious jumping on the left side of the vehicle when driving from a stop or it would sometimes come every once one awhile and start shaking abruptly which was felt on the peddle and steering wheel. This shaking also occured when braking. Scared of the car not being safe we had to take counter measures and drive extra cautiously worried that hopefully something doesnt break or fall off on our trip. Once learning how to manage with this issue long and behold engine light came ON which worried us MORE. The day couldn't get any more better with the thought of being left stranded and or having to pay for another rental plus towing fees. Now with two issues with the vehicle we deciding to just park the car at our hotel and took 4 other means of transportation which was a bummer because the whole point of renting the vehicle was to drive around but being to scared of how the vehicles condition was we did not want to further increase any other issues. It got to a point of worry where we had to take it to get diagnosed so that we can have a peace of mind that it can be driven back atleast so that we dont pay a pain staking towing price. Once diagnosed we were told that cylinder one was misfiring and that the front two tpms sensors were bad which we were given a copy of it for proof. Luckily we made it back. Refilled the tank to full removed all my items and trash from the vehicle and left it. Upon completing our trip next day the renter decided to make a fake claim on the rear bumper in which we have time stamped and on video that that the damage was already there before renting the vehicle. We accepted the costs for the front small crack on the bumper as of now and are currently awaiting response from customer service. If you ever rent from him be sure to make sure the car has no check engine light or other service lights as well as no bad suspension joints. And defenitley take photos detailed photos of its current condition. He may try and be Sneaky and claim damage you never did.

Dewei Zhous vehicle is in bad shape. When you place your car on this platform for passive income; you must service the vehicle as well. Not just collect a check from visitors that choose your vehicle. It is a complete disservice to paying customers. Dewei’s car constantly shakes. The customer is paying something and getting nothing in return. Turo, your platform is large enough in which you can make sure that the people that are earning income using your platform; cars are serviced. Should the car breakdown on a customer; I guarantee you that the customer will be blamed. Turo has not made sure that the cars on its platform are serviced. Tune ups, good tires, no loud noises coming from the engine, no smoke coming from the vehicle. Check the service records on your vehicles TURO!
