Faqs

  • How do I charge the car?

The car has access to free supercharging (but be mindful of any idle fees after the car is completely charged) and the car map (on the right bottom of the map) shows the supercharging stations near by when calculating the trip. Other ways to charge : 1. There are cables in the trunk to charge from regular wall plugs (110v) or 240V Dryer/Washer outlets. Connect the plug point to the charging cable and plug into the car. 2. There is a adaptor to use with chargepoint stations around the city. The adaptor will be in the driver side storage. That adaptor has the tesla charging connector, and connects to the Chargepoint charging cable. Depending on what you pick for charging, when you're ready you need to press the lightning bolt on the left bottom side of the screen. That pulls up the charging screen. You will need to open the charging port door. Once you are completing charging, you will need to unlock the port by clicking the lock/unlock near the car image.

Anjana went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. It was my husband’s 40th birthday and he had been talking about wanting to test drive a Tesla, so I booked with Anjana to try it for the day. We are boring Toyota and Honda folks and were new to all the features a Tesla offers. Upon arrival, Anjana came out and gave us a quick tutorial and afterwards we felt comfortable trying it out. She was super responsive and provided lots of friendly advice ahead of our day trip. And she even threw in a cute little goody bag for my husband as a birthday treat. We really couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience, both with trying a Tesla and using Turo for the first time. I would highly recommend Anjana to anyone looking to try out a Tesla!
