The car has access to free supercharging (but be mindful of any idle fees after the car is completely charged) and the car map (on the right bottom of the map) shows the supercharging stations near by when calculating the trip. Other ways to charge : 1. There are cables in the trunk to charge from regular wall plugs (110v) or 240V Dryer/Washer outlets. Connect the plug point to the charging cable and plug into the car. 2. There is a adaptor to use with chargepoint stations around the city. The adaptor will be in the driver side storage. That adaptor has the tesla charging connector, and connects to the Chargepoint charging cable. Depending on what you pick for charging, when you're ready you need to press the lightning bolt on the left bottom side of the screen. That pulls up the charging screen. You will need to open the charging port door. Once you are completing charging, you will need to unlock the port by clicking the lock/unlock near the car image.
How do I turn on Traffic Aware Cruise Control (TACC)
TACC is much like regular cruise control (takes care of the speed and acceleration) but with awareness of the car in front of you. So it slows down and speeds up as per the car ahead of you with the speed chosen. To turn it on, when the speedometer has a grey circle around it, it is able to activate the TACC, press the gear stalk (right side stalk) down ONCE and the grey circle turns blue to show its active. You can increase or decrease the speed using the little knob on the right side of the steering wheel. And to disengage from TACC press up the gear stalk and you are back in control.
How do I turn on Drivers Assistance Autopilot

To engage autopilot, you press down the gear stalk twice, and the grey circle turns blue to show its engaged. When this is engaged, the driver is expected to be aware and ready to take over at anytime, but the steering wheel and Acceleration is taking care of by the car software. With the TACC, it’s only the acceleration. You still control the steering With autopilot, the car ‘drives’ for you if the environment allows. To disengage. You push up the gear stalk once, and all system are off You can increase or decrease speed with right side knob on the wheel. Be prepared to notice any messages on the screen about the autopilot. With autopilot the car will change lanes if you give the turn signal, it will use its cameras to see when it’s clear to make the change and adjusts its speed and distance, The distance between you and the car in front can also be changed with the right aide knob (pressing it to the left or right to decrease or increase the distance - number of cars between you and car in front) If the system asks to note driver presence you can use the knobs to let it know you are present. Sometimes you have to deactivate and reactivate autopilot after an extended period of time because the system requires it. You are always in control if you feel like the car is doing it’s own thing, you can take over at any time. It can be overridden with a turn of the steering wheel Faq is also in the glove box of the car
How do I turn on the climate/seat warmers
All controls for the car are on the screen in the middle. The fan button gives you access to the ac/heat options. Beside the fan button, there is a number that is the temperature of the car, you can increase or decrease from the screen. And on the left is the option to get the seat warmers for all seats. The main screen bottom has seat warmers for front two seats, the other seat warmers are in the fan button option, on the left side of the box.
