Per our FaceTime call I was able to see that you walked through the wrong terminal at your own will, which I helped you to get to the correct terminal to locate the car. We provided you with direct step by step instructions on where the car was located and also added the gps coordinates to the specific location of the car via the Turo car locator option, and also provided you photos of how to get to the car via the stairwell and the specific terminal.
