TURO requires you to verify your identity again at the time of pickup as a renter with current Driver's License. If we agree on a remote handoff of the vehicle please upload your driver license into the “Trip Photos” or you have the option of texting it to me and I will upload on your behalf. Take as many photos of the vehicle prior to accepting/starting the trip. (PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSLY). Your Turo protection plan depends on this documentation. 🌗 YOU CAN BOOK MY VEHICLES AT ANY TIME 24/7 But please request if you would like a freshly washed vehicle by sending me a personal message in the app after booking. ***Also, please be sure to select the post trip cleaning option if you would like to receive the vehicle freshly washed within 24hrs of your pickup.*** *Reservations must be made at least 24hrs in advanced to qualify for a fresh wash pickup. 🛣MILEAGES Mileages for this vehicle are as follows: 150 miles daily 750 miles weekly 1500 miles monthly ***Please be sure to take a photo of the odometer prior to departing with the vehicle. $1.17/miles for excess mileages will be requested via reimbursement. Mileage is verified by photos before and after the trip. 😞LATE RETURN⏰ Please return the vehicle at the scheduled return time on your booking (I ONLY ALLOW 30 MINUTES for grace period) anything over 30 minutes late will incur late return fees per TURO policy. Also please notify me of your estimated time of arrival 1 hour before your intend to return the vehicle to expedite the return process. If anything comes up I am very flexible but please communicate so I can accommodate request accordingly. 💸💸(Purchase “Post-Trip Cleaning” to avoid cleaning fee) ***RESTRICTION APPLY***💸NEW LOW PRICE OF ONLY $10 PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHE 💦CLEANING🦠 Please return the vehicle clean and in the same condition as provided at pickup unless you have purchased the “post trip cleaning extra”. If the vehicle comes back dirty with LEAVES, MUD, TRASH, SPILLS and STAINS you will be charged $25 -$50 for cleaning fee (I will send photos before and after for evidence). If you don't know where to get it cleaned please contact me before you return it. I will provide some nearby locations 🧼 ⛽️FUEL Please provided a receipt showing that gas was purchased within a 5 miles radius of the return location to avoid any extra fees for refueling. Please leave the gas receipt in the cup holder or take a photo and add to trip photos. 🚬SMOKING AND PETS🐕 $50 - $250 will be applied if evidence of pets or cigarette ashes, cigarette butts, smoking odor or any smoking evidence at the time of check out (PLEASE NOTE: It doesn't matter if you are not the one who smokes inside the car, as long as there are evidence of smoking activity inside the vehicle, smoking fee will be applied automatically per Turo policy. 🚦TOLL FEE and TICKET If you receive any Tickets please make sure to pay for it to avoid any extra fee when they mail it to me after your trip ended. I will request reimbursement thru TURO up to 90 days from the day you return my car. 🚓ACCIDENTS Please notify me at once of any damage or accident during your trip to avoid any extra fee after your trip has ended. ⚖️⚖️ 📸Take as many photos as you can when you CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT to document the condition of the vehicle for your reservation. ***Please don’t book this car if you need a vehicle for travel outside of the Atlanta Area.***
