Car is as it shows. Easy pickup and drop-off was helped with questions when needed and no problems with car drove perfect.

The 5 stars are for the host. This is my second time using one of his vehicles. He makes the process very smooth and always communicates, and that's what I like. The corolla I used for 3 days was spacious& fuel efficient, however, not even 30 minutes into my commute, the vehicle drove really bad, so I got out the car and looked at the tires and noticed that they were slick and had wire showing in the inner tire which was really bad considering I was driving the car 9 hrs away with 3 children. However, I reached out and Khalid responded quick as always. He gave me options of returning the vehicle for a refund but I was already at my destination or to go to a tire shop in my location. Overall, the vehicle got me to and from but it definitely needs to be serviced before the next booking😌

Thank you gor the feedback Timothy. I did provided to you the up-to-date records of car maintenance that also indicates good battery health before car was delivered for your trip. I wish you coul’ve asked me for records before rating trip. Battery unfortunately had a tendency to die if car continue suck up energy when at rest, door left open or lights did not switheched off etc. Its something we hosts can’t controll once passed the car to our guests.
