I had to pay for 3 hours of parking at the garage at the airport even though I got the vehicle location information less than 10 minutes before arriving at the car. Much worse was getting a flat tire the 2 days later and having to return the car. A tow truck picked it up at a shady gas station we were stranded at and we were fortunate to get a ride from a relative. If we would have been further away from their house we would have had to get an Uber somewhere safe. There was NO spare tire in this vehicle because it's a hybrid. We had the vehicle for less than 2 days total but had to pay for 3 full days and then rent a car from Enterprise. The ONLY message we got from the host after the incident was essentially "where's my car". There was no apology, no contrition, nothing. AND, we missed the wedding we were in town for.

Hi messages was written that the parking fee was charged the tire was not flat you punctured it and I had to buy a new one because the old one could not be repaired and I did not charge you for it and you did not inform me that you had a problem with the tire I recognized it from the pictures
