I missed my flight and the time of pickup had to change, I let John know ahead of time and he was very understanding and lenient with the time of the new pickup. This was one of the most amazing experiences I have had from a customer service stand point. Eliud and his wife are wonderful people and they constantly went the extra mile for my newly wife and I. We were out in San Francisco/ Napa/ Halfmoon bay on our honeymoon and Eliud and his Wife left us a special surprise of champagne and several other treats as a gift for our honeymoon. It made my wife smile and was a touching gesture. We HIGHLY recommend the Mustang as well as it operated perfectly and is the perfect way to travel around the city. This was a 5 star experience without a doubt!!

This is my second time renting with Stephen. The CMax is a great, fuel efficient car; did plenty of driving on electric mode and only used $5 worth of gas. Highly recommended!

It took me a long time to get the app to work and I didnt realize you could upload all the photos needed at once until returning the vehicle. It was difficult to take good photos at night. It was an overall enjoyable experience. I will rent again.

Stephen’s Ford C-Max Energi was perfect for my wife and daughter and I on our short trip to norther CA. Very convenient pickup and drop off of the vehicle from the airport and extremely efficient on fuel. Stephen was very helpful in communicating the best ways to pick up the car and made sure we were aware of the particulars of using the hybrid vehicle. The car was spotless as advertised. We’ll certainly book Stephen’s car on future trips to the area.

Renting a car from Kevin was incredibly easy. Kevin’s communication and detailed messages made the pick up and drop off process very smooth, and easier than renting from any company at the airport. I would very much recommend renting from Kevin to anyone!

Rented one of Ruby’s vehicles and received really good service. Ruby made sure everything was taken care or and also provided me with more information if I had any additional questions. She also made it really easy for me to drop of her vehicle at a drop site she provided where they handled the turnin process for me. Ruby also made sure I had a ride to the airport after I dropped off the car.

Stan was so helpful and understanding, he was flexible and willing to help us with whatever we needed. The car was spotless and super comfortable. I would recommend this rental to anyone!!🙌🏽😊

The car is great fun to drive and Stanislav was very quick to communicate before, during and after the hire. The car was not dropped off and picked up at SFO airport (as advertised) but overall I'm very happy with the trip and would hire from Stanislav again.

Nima was very easy to communicate with. The car was great, well cared for and perfect for route one. You will love working with Nima and the car.

Excellent car and an enjoyable drive. Pickup was pretty easy. The car is not at the airport so plan on taking ride share to get to the pick up.

Stan was very helpful, responded promptly and made the rental experience smooth. Tip for future renters, make sure the convertible top is properly locked otherwise the back side window will not rise. Will definitely rent from Stan again!

What an iconic road trip! Top down along Highway one in Kevin’s gorgeous mustang. On top of it he was an amazing host. Very timely with responses, even on a holiday. Made everything super convenient and would definitely recommend.
