Unfortunately, being the most affordable vehicle on Turo, it sometimes attracts renters who do not follow the rules, including smoking in the car. While we use professional-grade equipment to eliminate odors, it’s not always fully effective. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. I do wish you had reached out before leaving a 4-star review—I would have gladly worked with you to resolve the issue or offered a vehicle swap.
