Car was not ready at pickup had to wait for it to be cleaned inside and out but didn’t mind the guy who helped was very nice. Bc of the unexpected wait I skipped taking more detailed pics of interior and dash which read needs service since day 1. Everything was wonderful until parking outside my boyfriends house for the night getting up in the morning to head to work and car wouldn’t drive. Contact turo and the owner he cancels the turo tow to come next day with his own tow and would not end the trip which still had 4 days remaining so I could not even get another car. Now he’s trying to claim all these damages but thank God for the pics I did take

You spilled juice on the shifter mechanism
I am not going to end the trip early when you destroyed the vehicle. The vehicle got returned late from the previous rented so instead of canceling your trip you agreed to wait 15 minutes for them to clean it. My reviews speak for themselves you can lie all you want. I am reputable and reliable. It’s sad this is what destroys turo renter’s like yourself. No respect for other peoples property. I will never rent to you again and warn other hosts. Beware
