Not happy that the car was dropped off a day early at the airport and I had to pay for two full days at the airport parking and then he had the audacity to ask me to return it to the economy lot which is a bus ride to the airport.

sorry you were not happy with the parking issue. The Knoxville airport is currently under construction and many times. The parking garage is not open or available so we have had to park in economy parking lot which often times is a closer walk than the parking garage. the parking fee for economy was $14. if you would've been able to park in the parking garage, the fee would have been much higher.
