Guidelines

1) Regular Gas Needs to be returned with the same level it was at pickup/delivery. No time? Don’t worry, cost of gas + $10 service fee will be billed to you via Turo. 2) Clean Car I always provide my renters with clean cars (exterior and interior) please return the car as it was when you picked it up. If you can't find a car wash or have no time, Just let us know and we will take care of it. Cleaning fee of $20 will be billed to you. If the interior comes back stained, muddy, dusty/sandy, signs of spillage, food, or trash, a cleaning fee of $250 will apply. 3) No smoking/vaping or pets allowed Rolling down the window still counts as smoking in the car :) If there is a smoke/cigarette smell or traces of ash found in the car, a $250 cleanup fee will be charged to your account. Signs of stains, dog hair, liquid spills, food, etc will trigger a $250 cleaning fee. Please treat this clean car like it is yours. This is a car users share on a regular basis so please think about the next fellow driver and return the car in the same condition it was when you picked it up. *All Fines and Tolls are the sole responsibility of the renter during the rental period. *If for any reason you need to return the car late, communicate early, so we can work it out based on the circumstances.   • Can I smoke / vape / bring pets in the car?

    Unfortunately, no smoking and pets inside the car please ($250 additional cleaning fee will apply)

  • What if I am interested in longer distance trips, such as to Washington, D.C., Philadelphia or Boston?

    We are happy to provide you with arrangements upon reviewing the itinerary and individual requirements.

  • What if I forget to fill up the gas?

    Please let us know at the end of the trip, we can take care of it. Cost of gas + $10 service fee will be billed to you via Turo. We do offer Prepaid refuel for $45

  • How do I get billed for using the E-Zpass?

    The vehicle comes with a FREE EZ PASS/TOLL Reader Device only. All tolls incurred during the rental period will be your responsibility and charges will be billed through Turo a few days after the vehicle is returned. I can provide you an EZPass/Toll statement that supports the charges as needed.

  • Can I get reimbursed if I cancel my booking?

    You can until 24 hours before your trip starts; For bookings canceled less than 24h before the trip starts, unfortunately, I will not be able to offer reimbursement; I suggest you contact Turo to check your other options.

  • What type of gasoline do I use?

    REGULAR GRADE

  • Does the car need to be washed prior to returning it to the owner?

    Yes, we wash all of our cars prior to renting them to our renters (interior and exterior) and expect it to be returned in the same condition If you do not wash it, it is fine (it will not affect your Turo rating) but a car wash fee of $20 will be billed to you.
