Yes it is required. However, if you don't have the time we understand this happens. We charge a flat rate 15$ fee + the x amount of gas for reimbursement. EXAMPLE ( 15$ FEE + 30$GAS) = 45$ TOTAL

In the event of an incident, how do i reach Turo?

Do i have to clean the car upon return?
You are not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, we ask you return the vehicle in the same condition as received. If vehicle is returned in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will escalate the incident to Turo. Turo customer support will review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo.

The most affordable rental car and it wasn’t bad for a 5 day trip. Easy access to the lot and instructions were clear. Perfect for 2 people
The only con was the manual window crank which was difficult to turn but honestly was kind of funny.
