Good experience driving just had a minor issue with the front right tire.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced a flat tire during your trip. Unfortunately that can happen on the road sometimes.
I am glad we got the car squared away in time for you same day, covered the entire cost of your Tesla Supercharging fees for your trip duration, extended your trip for free by 5 hours with a late drop-off time, and got you set up with a discount for a future trip as well.

Paul and Daniela were outstanding hosts on our trip. Pick up and drop off instructions were clear and they were available whenever needed. The Tesla itself was in excellent condition and was such a fun car to drive. We took it on a four hour roadtrip and the car handled it well and comfortably. We highly recommend Paul and Daniela’s Tesla and we will be booking with them anytime we are in the Seattle area.

Car is great, no complaints. Host also provided some helpful info about charging.
However, host was difficult to interact with. There were several issues.
First, host said that the access will be granted on 11am (not on 12pm as stated). I've arrived earlier hoping to get earlier access but it was granted on 12pm.
Second, host's instructions about getting into parking were extremely confusing. Imagine that you need to find the right parking spot in a multiple floor parking buildings (which floors go from 2 to 6, with an entrance on each level) and host tells you to go to "space 930". How do I know where it is? Next he tells me to go to "First floor of the garage". What even is this? Why can't I just get info "Floor X, space Y"? Luckily I was able to see the host in person while I was wandering around the parking.
Finally, there is an implicit charge for parking that you have to pay when you take the car. Host "friendly reminds" in instructions that you have to pay parking fees related to the car. FYI, you'll be implicitly forced to pay 5$. No sure why is it necessary, considering that we could've just met on the street without any payment.
I'm not sure why all these unexpected difficulties were necessary.
