Important: Please RETURN THE CAR CLEAN! > To greatly assist you with cleaning the car at the end of your trip, I have attached a membership sticker for 'Upper Image' Car Wash, to the upper left corner of the windshield of the car. This membership sticker has a bar code reader which gives this car unlimited car washes at Upper Image Car Wash, including complimentary self-serve vacuums, carpet brush machine, and complimentary air freshener. PLEASE DRIVE THROUGH THE CAR WASH at 'Upper Image' using the PRE-PAID, UNLIMITED CAR WASH MEMBERSHIP that comes with the car, at the end of your trip. PLEASE use the complimentary vacuums and BLUE HANDHELD AIR BLOWER TO REACH THE DIFFICULT AREAS. The air blower makes the job MUCH EASIER, believe me. VACUUM THE ENTIRE CAR so that it is JUST AS CLEAN AS WHEN YOU PICKED IT UP. IF THE CAR IS RETURNED DIRTY, A $30 CLEANING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED AT THE END OF THE TRIP!!! Worst car I’ve rented. I returned it immediately. The oil light was left on, the car smelt terrible, the transmission drove terribly, power steering was broken and upon turning the car off it started smoking in the interior. Felt completely unsafe. To top it off, David was 45 minutes late in messaging me the info to get into the car. Made for a horrible morning and I’m still trying to work with Turo to find a new car.

David was wonderful to work with! He was communicative and explained answers to any questions I had in detail so that I understood. When I had to extend my booking of the car, he was very flexible and assured me it would be no problem. When I had to shorten the extension period by one day to return it early, he was equally amenable and approved my change in booking right away. The Smart care was reliable and did its job for me and David was very informative and communicative about any things that came up about performance of the car. I was very happy and pleased to have rented from David and have that sense of security to get around town while I was shopping for a new car.

Unprofessional. He was denied a reimbursement request, and then began to insult and harass me because of the denial. Versus taking his issue up with Turo.
