***This car recently passed a multipoint safety inspection and a battery test without any issue and is proved to be safe to drive (as of 07/22/2019). If you are one of those people who judge a book by its cover and claim the car is unsafe to drive because of scratches on the car body that other renters caused, please find other alternatives. *** Hi renters! I have successfully rented my car to over 300 people. Rent from me with confidence, flexibility, and peace of mind :D The best feature about my car is remote unlocking, which means there is no need to schedule a time for us to meet and hand over the car key in person for both pickup and return. I can unlock the car for you at the beginning of your trip. The car is conveniently located near Seattle Center and Space Needle. Feel free to use my parking spot anytime to save a few bucks on parking. Please note that the car doesn’t look as spotless as it used to be after serving on the platform for almost four years. I try to get an auto detailing and fix exterior damages such as scratches as frequently as possible, but I can’t keep up with the speed of renters making messes or damages. Please don’t book this car if you need to impress someone and it’s a deal breaker for you. This is an absolute gas saver with 28 (city)/39 (Highway) mpg, Cruise control, Auxiliary audio input for iPod/iPhone/Android, 6 total speakers and other great features. .   • Why is this rental experience more flexible than others? How to pick up the car without physically meeting me?

    This rental experience will be different from others because I will remotely unlock the vehicle and won't meet you. Message me on Turo upon arrival and I will unlock the car remotely.

  • What are the instructions for picking up the vehicle?

    1. Make sure you have already uploaded the verification photo (you holding your driver’s license) to Turo App. Otherwise, you won’t be allowed to start the trip. 2. Navigate to “Vistana” Building at "812 3rd Ave N, Seattle, WA" and follow the driveway to find the car with license plate “BKJ3834” in the back packed at the handicapped spot on the left. Find the key in the compartment between the driver seat and the passenger seat. Check out the second to the last picture in the listing to see what the building and the drive way look like. 3. Please don’t start the trip until you upload to Turo App pictures of each of the following items to avoid being responsible for damages/messes caused by previous renters. It’s the same when you return the car. - Dashboard (gas and mileage) - Exterior (especially scratches and dents, plus all areas you seek coverage for, including bumpers, doors, rims & tires, glass, mirror, and undercarriage) - Interior (middle console, interior front and back seats and floor at minimum)

  • What are the instructions for returning the vehicle?

    1. Make sure gas is refilled and park at the spot where you picked up the car (should be the handicapped parking spot on the left). If the spot is occupied by another vehicle, please take a picture of it including the license plate, send the picture to me via text, and then do street parking nearby. 2. Clean up any mess. Vacuum the interior using the car vacuum in the trunk if you brought in dirt on mats and wipe the console. You will be charged cleaning fees by Turo if the car is returned in a dirtier condition in terms of both the interior and exterior. Upload pictures of GAS, MILEAGE, EXTERIOR (especially scratches and dents, plus all areas you seeking coverage for, including bumpers, doors, rims & tires, glass, mirror, and undercarriage) and INTERIOR (middle console, interior front and back seats and floor at minimum), and CAR BODY (scratches) to Turo app 4. Put the key back to the black visor above the steering wheel 5. Turn off all three sets of lights (headlights, two sets of ceiling lights) 6. Press the lock button on the driver side door and close the door

    Snow chains, windshield wiper fluid, and a car vacuum are available in the trunk for you to use.

The car was convenient to pick up and great on gas! My only concern was that the bumper looked like it had been knocked into parking barriers, and was not as secure as it should have been. Additionally, there is no aux cord or Bluetooth in the car. Finally, there was a tire pressure warning light on upon pickup

Thanks for your concern but let me clarify a few things: 1. The bumper does have a cosmetic scratch but how this makes it less secure? Did it fall or almost fall? Like my listing mentioned, the car exterior isn’t spotless as new. Please don’t book if that’s your requirement 2. AUX or Bluetooth is built-in functions for my model. Feel free to verify. I don’t provide AUX cables because they kept getting stolen 3. It’s a known issue for the tire pressure light to be off on civics upon starting

The car drove well and Yicheng was very accommodating and understanding, but the gas tank was only half full, the key was not where it was supposed to be, and the car was dirty and full of trash and things from the previous user.
