Joe was an amazing host, super easy to work with, and extremely responsive through the rental time. The car was comfortable and pristine, well taken care of, very fuel efficient, and made driving in the chaos of the PNW pleasurable. Thank you Joe, amazing host!

If I could give zero stars I would give 0 to this host. As soon as you book something he sends you a ton of confusing and overwhelming instructions on how to get his car and what not to do. Like you are kid or something. All he cares about is money. When we arrived we were having a hard time finding the vehicle and he was not helpful at all, acted annoyed. When we returned the car he got very upset when I parked the car in a different spot but in the correct hotel parking lot for return. Keep in mind, this lot was at a hotel, so I already had to take the shuttle to and from the airport to get the car. Joe was rude, telling me "it's not my problem" and then pressuring me to write him an "awesome review" or he would charge me additional fees. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Then he started throwing his weight around, talking about how much money he makes and threatening to leave a negative review. He started accusing me of messing with his GPS device because supposedly it didn't work when he got to the car. I don't have any idea what this device is or what he is talking about; it is not my fault he doesn't know how to operate his GPS. He treated me like a criminal, not a customer. In summary, AVOID THIS HOST, you are better off getting a cab and avoid all this hassle and derogatory treatment.

David was a terrible guest. If you don’t want your car returned to where he picked it up at, than he’s the guy for you. Turo also fined him (and paid me) $50 for an “Improper return” of the car. I work hard to make sure the trip is smooth for everyone. I offered David a Olive Branch to leave a positive review even though I was irritated he abandoned the car and I wouldn’t charge him. He was obstinate and had to PAY UP! Rude, inconsiderate guest!
